1. Scope of Services
Solutions Mangano Studio provides digital services including web design, coding, website setup, digital branding, logo design, marketing advice, and related online solutions.
2. Contract Formation
A contract is formed once payment has been received via PayPal or another agreed payment method. By placing an order, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
All projects are subject to review. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the requested project violates these terms or is unsuitable for our services.
3. Delivery Time
Standard landing page projects are typically delivered within 24–48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, once payment is received by us and all required client materials and information have been received.
The 24–48 working hour delivery timeframe applies only to the standard Express Landing Page package. If the client orders add-ons, extra pages, domain setup, hosting setup, contact forms, SEO, legal pages, or advanced features, the delivery timeframe may be extended depending on the scope of work.
4. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legally usable content, including text, images, videos, logos, brand materials, business information, and contact details.
The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use all materials submitted to Solutions Mangano Studio.
5. Prohibited Content & Right to Refuse Service
Solutions Mangano Studio does not create or support websites, pages, campaigns, or digital materials involving illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, misleading, discriminatory, gambling-related, drug-related, adult, violent, hateful, or unethical content.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project at our discretion if the requested work conflicts with our values, legal obligations, safety concerns, or business standards.
If a payment has already been made and the project is refused or cancelled before substantial work has started, a refund may be issued. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work already completed.
6. Digital Services & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final once the completed project files, website preview, or agreed digital deliverables have been delivered.
By purchasing our services, the client expressly agrees that work may begin immediately after payment and that the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed.
Refunds are not provided after final delivery of the completed digital product or service, unless required by applicable law.
7. Revisions & Final Delivery
Any concerns, corrections, or revision requests must be communicated before final delivery. A project is considered completed once the final files, website version, or agreed deliverables have been sent or made available to the client.
Additional changes requested after final delivery may be treated as extra work and may require an additional fee.
8. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services
Hosting, domain setup, PayPal, Web3Forms, VEED, GoDaddy, and other third-party services may be used depending on the project. These third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies, fees, and technical limitations.
Solutions Mangano Studio is not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, account restrictions, payment issues, or technical problems caused by third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Solutions Mangano Studio is not liable for damages, losses, legal issues, or claims resulting from client-provided content, incorrect client information, unauthorized materials, third-party services, or misuse of delivered digital products.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
